France held on to beat Wales 27-23 in a pulsating contest at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. France made a blistering start and led 17-9 at half-time following tries from Anthony Bouthier and Paul Willemse. Wales pulled a try back through Dillon Lewis early in the second half, but Romain Ntamack scored an interception try for France a few minutes later.
