England survived a Wales fightback to earn a tense 23-19 victory at Twickenham. The hosts were leading 17-0 early in the second half after Alex Dombrandt's try added to Marcus Smith's penalty kicks. But Wales came back with tries from Josh Adams and Nick Tompkins to close the gap to 5 points, before two further Marcus Smith penalty kicks extended England's lead once again.
