Ireland impressed as they beat defending champions Wales 29-7 in the opening match of the 2022 Six Nations at the Aviva Stadium. Tries from Bundee Aki and Andrew Conway early in each half displayed the hosts' intent as they dominated their visitors. A second try for Conway was followed by a bonus-point try from Garry Ringrose on the hour mark.
