England v France Match Reports

England edged a thrilling Six Nations contest beating France 26-25 at Twickenham. The match took a while to spark after France butchered a couple of try-scoring opportunities in the opening 20 minutes. Louis Bielle-Biarrey finally opened the scoring for the visitors with a try in the 30th minute. Soon afterwards, Ollie Lawrence replied with a try for England to leave the scoreboard tied 7-7 at halftime. After the break, Thomas Ramos edged France into the lead with two successful penalty kicks. Tommy Freeman then touched down from a Fin Smith cross-field kick, but the conversion was missed and England still trailed. Damian Penaud extended the French lead with a try in the corner as the match entered the final quarter. The lead then swung back and forth as Fin Baxter first scored for England, before Bielle-Biarrey completed his brace for France.
